Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to do a recovery ride today. The Buffalo Run fit the bill. The weather is cold, cloudy, mild winds from the North West. I wore the standard winter kit. I was sufficiently warm without discomfort. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. The climb up Highline went as usual. I was in and out of the saddle most of the time. I zipped around the Buffalo neighborhood and got back onto Highline for the return. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I pushed modestly over Mariposa and made my way back home where I shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. I had minimal lapses and no gremlins to speak of. Nutrition was good. I fed a banana and grapes before the ride, that held me over. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Gear worked flawlessly. I tilted the saddle nose down a fraction yesterday. It feels good. Pending confirmation on the next few rides. Other notes, no cyclists today.
