Channeling tropical thoughts on this cold, cold, morning. It was actually okay at the start of the ride but Woodside was freezing. Which led to some spicy efforts to stay warm.
When we met up with the group, we got lei'd by Anthony and at the end of it, Hong had everyone sample DZ Nuts!
The garbage trucks were out in force this morning. Natalie may have COVID and been unable to attend but she was there in spirit. π€£
Anthony's tootle pace is other's threshold and Alex got dropped on the Sand Hill climb. We slowed down to let him catch up but I guess he turned around and headed to the Anthonytown (I will allow it on his birthday) since he wasn't sure which way to go. Hong turned around to try and find him but was unfortunately too late and unaware of Alex's plan.
Entering Huddart, Emily was ahead of Holly and I and she took the path just past the gate. I thought, βWow! Emilyβs gonna ride over/hop the wood βcurbβ.β And then she hit it and stopped dead. π€£ Next time! My goal is to help everyone learn how to hop curbs.
I set a new max watts PR on the Albion sprint when I told Emily to sprint up it and that I'd give her half the climb as a head start.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
