It was a great day to ride and being slightly breezy. I am super out of shape and my knees in super weak. My better knee seems to be weaker than my bad knee. The ride was actually longer than recorded because my Garmin dropped satellite connections a few times. I did not attempt to push at all just doing a nice smooth and easy ride, because of all my body issues, fitness and health it wouldn't be wise. It's been a hard last 2 years for me so just getting out to ride is an accomplishment, so baby steps for now. I'm just happy to finally get out to ride! Be safe and enjoy your ride...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
