Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather is now warm and comfortable. Favorable winds. I set out what I wanted to do. The legs felt good. One objective that I wanted to test was the new Powerbars that I bought. Apparently, they changed the formula of their chocolate Powerbars. I made my way to WS, in moderate tempo. When I reached the turn-around point, I stopped and fed half the Powerbar. It has slightly different flavor than their classic bars that I'm used to. Unlike the one that gave me gastro problems, this one was softer and less pigmentation. I made my way back as usual, and had no issues. I also installed some new stem spacers that I bought a couple days ago. They fit snug and have no play. I think it's about as good as it's going to get. Concentration was good today. I had a few things to keep me occupied. Ailments, none. Balance and form, good. Gear is working great. Other notes, I saw 2 other cyclist on their way up OTR, as I was descending.
