Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather was a bit cooler today than the previous ride. Favorable winds. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. The outbound on Highline was mostly moderate tempo. The turnaround didn't take much time to get warmed up as it did on the previous time on this route. I was doing mostly moderate tempo. I felt good on the last kickers. Other than the usual ride, I was taking note of Backes St, as is where I'm headed on the TGF. From there it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. Some patches of gremlins, nothing detracting. Balance and form was good, not great. Ailments, none. Gear is working perfect. Other notes, I had eggs on toast and waffles after my nap. It went down well and the gastro felt good for the entire ride. I'm going to order some Powerbars from Performance, as I've nearly run out. I saw about 6 cyclists today, include a pair riding on a tandem.
