五個登
『五個登』的路線,過往多年都是在重陽節前後踩的,但係近兩年都因為這樣那樣的事務,沒有在重陽前後踩;今年的五個登,也是拖到現。這次踩得成五個登,原先還沒計劃何時,是被車友『迫』出來的。
上星期越野完成後,大家一齊午飯,我提到好多計劃中的路線還未踩,例如幾年無踩過釣魚翁,順、逆環嶼,…. ,五個登。Wing Wing 聽到就非常感興趣,他說過兩天有假,就過兩天五個登吧。我說買了新的內外胎,但係內胎還未到,要稍待幾天。他知道規格後,立刻就說有,可借給我,那就只好依照他的安排。
我的『五個登』即是踩車登上五個山,依次是紅花嶺、華山、九龍坑山、牛牯嶺、大帽山,以上任何一個山的路線都是非常有挑戰性的登山路線,用一天行程騎上這五個山,是對體能的極大考驗。
踩了好多年的『五個登』,過去兩年都踩的非常辛苦,今年不知是否新車胎的性能改善,感到在爬坡上頗覺輕快,每個山的攀登時間都比印象中快(沒查看數據比較,只係印象)。
小統計
紅花嶺、華山都是一腳到頂,九龍坑山停了兩次,牛牯嶺因多處塌樹,中段以後,好多推行,但係這樣反而使我輕微抽筋。石崗到荃錦坳,荃錦坳到大帽山雷達站,也是一腳到頂;荃錦坳到大帽山雷達站,停過一次拍照,因為太陽落山不等人,停了約一分鐘。
完成大帽山後,騎落荃灣,自我感覺很好,於是計劃踩回紅磡,但係在踩到美孚時,家中問我什麼時間回家晚飯,如果踩回去,大慨還要踩 45分鐘,只好到此為止,改搭地鐵返歸。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
