Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Perfect weather. In the 70's and winds from the North. The legs felt good today. Made it to the summit in good time. I cruised the downhill. I reached the base in good average time. The ascent went quick as the body was responding well. The bike is still exhibiting creaking noises from the head-tube region. I'm fed up and will likely bring it to the local bike shop for inspection. I need to do it on a ride day, that way I'll be back on the road ASAP. Concentration was real good. Ailments, some right knee soreness in the first mile of the climb. It subsided and went away. Some right hand numbness. Balance and form felt good. Other than the creaking noises, gear is working flawless. I was trying to see how to get the virtual partner to work on my GPS. Other notes, I saw one other cyclist today as I was descending to Keene.
