Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's getting colder. I had to wear arms and knees today. I ended up taking the knee warmers after making my way through OTR. I was going to head out to WS, but decided to go elsewhere. So, I figured Alpine Forest + Tour de Teh (R) would give a similar ride in terms of time. I got my new mounting bracket for my GPS + GoPro Camera. It took some ingenuity to get it to mount properly, but thanks to dad, we got it done in time for today's ride. The legs felt good from the start. Made to the end of OTR in good average time. I took off my knee warmers before tackling Banducci. I kept the tempo steady, no redlining on the wall. When I reached the Arosa, I let the body recover for about 1 minute, then picked up the tempo. The body felt responsive. I attribute that to the cool weather conditions. The climb went fast. Didn't have to count the speed bumps today. I made my way to Banducci and took a few moments rest. I was thinking about the new configuration of the GPS. Being that it is situated in front the stem. When I was in my tuck, going down Banducci, the GPS metrics were more apparent. I didn't have to use my neck to so the GPS. Just needed to glance down with my eyes. So, that was definitely good. The downside, is I can't use the GPS as a mirror. Sometimes, It helps to look to see if I have something on the helmet, or even my face. Somewhat of a nit picky thing. In terms of, out of the saddle and looking at the GPS, no real difference. The GPS would need to be mounted 3 or for times further forward. So, I made my way down Banducci. Made the right turn on Pelisser road and headed back. Mostly moderate tempo. The last climb went quick. I wasn't red-lining it. Just steady tempo. Then I recovered, headed down Route 202 and back home. Concentration was good. There were hints of gremlins as I was going through the last mile of the Alpine Forest. A few hints elsewhere, but nothing too detracting. Balance and form felt good. The saddle is about 1/2 inch higher than I normally have it. Ailments, some soreness in the lower back. I attribute that to the slight increase in saddle height. Perhaps the body needs to readjust. Gear is working flawless, the forward assembly is spot on. No clicking or other noises. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist today.
