Since I missed yesterday's morning ride because of rain, I figured I'd go a little longer today. The wind and heat was not my friend but I was determined to get it done. This was my longest and most hilly ride this year and my legs feel it! This was a very nice ride except for the big heavy duty dump trucks and tractor trailers speeding and roaring by on roads with no shoulder nearly hitting me, the last set of trucks to do this to me on Pointville Rd got me so tense, I had to stop to get settled down. It seems to be a stopping place I used a lot, (to fix something, get to food or drink, pit stop or a needed rest stop). A surprise, great rider I rode with after my accident nearly 10 years ago, stop by in his car after work, we had a very nice brief chat! Off I went to complete the last 6.5 miles of this ride. By the way I never hit 37 mph, my top speed was 29 mph. Be safe out there and enjoy the ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
