今天行程非常艱難,大隻光選了一條山路往北市,這山路除了開始一段外,後面是鬆軟的泥土路,或者是因大雨沖刷,形成路面極爛,石頭鬆散,99%踩不到,這樣的路況,我們用了大慨三小時。
落山路況較好,大慨多過一半能踩;嚴格來說,其實也不是全落,是好多段的上落,直到大慨四點才到馬路(S260)。十點開騎,到四點出馬路,烈日當空,沒有食物,飲水不足,幸而途經多條山澗,可以補水。出到馬路後,也是好多公里的長爬坡,馬路當然比山路容易踩,調輕波檔,慢慢踩就是。
四點幾接近五點,終於到達一鄉村小士多,大家都狂飲水,食就只能是泡麵或餅乾。
吃飽飲足,行程繼續,又是長坡上落,到肇慶廣寧的北市投宿。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
