Overcast until about 1230pm. Rode strong in the 18 to 24 mph range for a lot of long periods but also met up with Mark Greenwald the velomobile guy at HB pier and rode with him back to his place in Long Beach. Took a lot off the coastal trail as there was a ton of traffic on PCH due to the perfect weather. There also was a ton of beach goers on the trail which killed my average. Had a blender of bananas, romain and mango juice before I left this morning. That powered me all the way to ARTIC. At ARTIC I had a couple of Walking Tamales that powered me all the way he way to the Huntington Beach pier. Had a couple more of the tamales. That took me to the Queen Mary. Absolutely beautiful day… cool until I got back to the Inland Empire.
Stopped in Long Beach at a trail side pop up smoothie tent and got a mango 🥭 banana 🍌 and mango juice smoothie… that along with the 2 tamales I had over on the bridge to the Queen Mary carried me all the way to ARTIC. Where I refilled my bottles and mixed more electrolytes and had more tamales.
Temps started to climb as I approached Green River but power remained strong. 💪🏾 🦶🏽🦵🏾🫁🫀😊🐉
I pasted 100 miles just 10 miles in from thr coast. And was at about 120 something by the time I got to Corona.
Lost my appetite to eat by about 12 miles from home so I came in flat lined. No power.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
