Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got up later than anticipated. Fortunately, the weather was cooperative. It was in the mid 70's when we got out. The air temperature was on the cool side. Winds from the North West. I wore the standard kit. Peggy joined me on this ride. The legs were a bit heavy. I wasn't paying much attention on this ride. It was mostly a recover leisure ride, laying the foundation for the Sunday ride. I made it to the summit of OTR in about 25 minutes. So, average. We did the usual ride and regroup plan. After making our way back from the Walmart Bike Path, we decided to add the Buffalo Run and take selfies next to the buffalo statue. From there, was got back on the road and made our way back home. We had no mechanicals or issues, so it was fun and games. I pushed over the top of Weston and shut it down.
Concentration was good. I was in the zone. The company kept me alert. I had my GPS announcements and music going. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Just the usual hand soreness. Gear worked flawlessly. There's still mystery clicks. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.
Other notes, I saw some walkers / runners and a cyclist on the Walmart Bike Path.
