L2C Day 16

Set off from the campsite next to the canal and headed into the town for some brekkie, a French man dragged me and Luke to see the view - we then grabbed some sandwiches from the boulangeretie and Luke had his first clip fall into breakfast. We then went 20km hoping to stop in a town (up a steep hill) but everything was closed. We carried on to a lovely restaurant with a 3 course lunch menu alongside the canal. Then disaster struck as Ben pushed Luke off his bike and he went tumbling - a quick first aid and we were on our way. Headed into the town close to the campsite and had a quick rest. Then got to the campsite - which was an old chateau, with a swimming pool and a nice homemade meal.

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
