Weather weenies predict biiiiig rain so on the off-chance they're right tonight and tomorrow, seemed like riding the entire Rock Creek-Needwood loop before it gets wet is the right call. Since OGs don't have to wait til late afternoon or after "work", this OG took advantage of peak temps in the high 50s in mid-afternoon. Actually had to shed a layer, too. A fair bit of the ride is on paved trails (3+ miles worth, bleh) but they're just connectors between dirt sections. Body felt good though the saddle on that full squish really doesn't provide any comfort on longer stretches of sitting (like on pavement). Legs felt plenty strong even as rides have shortened and spread out some; hopefully this fitness will carry deeper into the winter than previous years.
