Cool and smoggy out this afternoon. My sinuses never have liked the stuff 🤧
Reluctantly did the session: goal was to stay between 98 and 148 watts with an average of about 132. I think I averaged about 115.
This morning the weather app was saying the next 4 would be rain 🌧️ now it’s saying flood watch in effect as of 4pm tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get in some intervals if the smog is blown out?
The attached pictures show that they are rerouting sections of the inland SART to be able to get heavy equipment in to add more boulders to the north side of the trails levee it’s on top of in preparation for a mega flood. )I stopped and spoke to the same engineer I spoke to last time out about them dredging the run off channel with giant earth movers and bulldozers.
Weird that enoughj water could come down to fill that half mile wide river basin enoughh to possibly over take the man made levees!
I felt kind of blah with the smog messing with my nose.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
