Oh Boy, did I under dress! I cut ride short because I got a late start and it was much colder than I thought it would be... I did accomplished my goal to ride outside and see how I felt. The bike felt great... the ride other than being so cold and a little windy was great too! The amazing thing is the indoor rides on the Saris H3 smart trainer and using MyWhoosh ride results transfer to outdoor. I actually felt stronger outside than indoors and my cadence was much faster outdoors. I struggle to get 80 RPM and I easily did over 90! Power was similar but a little harder indoors and my speed was basically the same. except for climbing it is much faster outdoors the difficulty depends on the gearing you use. I do like outdoors much better and it was much easier on my butt too! Be safe out there, enjoy ride and keep on smiling...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
