Head to Head Day 8

Today I woke up super early so I could ride through Charleston before too much traffic . I have dreaded this part of my trip the most except going over the Ravenal bridge. I was going to go to isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island and around the tip of Charleston, but I didn't want to miss out on time with Derek. I only had him for a few hours before he had to go back to study. If I had never been to this city then I would have gone to those places, but because I don't get any points for more miles I scratched that part off my route and just went to the hotel I will be starting from tomorrow. It was a great shorter ride today. I made it through a city I dreaded.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
