Séance d'HT : épreuve de puissance sans puissance hélas - l'exercice du jour se fait dans l'ascension du col du CORMET de ROSELEND et je me suis arrêté après le barrage : à refaire - le 05 juillet 2019 je suis passé dans ce col en venant d'ANNECY la journée avait été longue 215 km avec 5300 D+. Mon départ se fait depuis BEAUFORT soit dans le vif du sujet. L'échauffement est rapide car la pente se présente dès la sortie du village. J'avance sans plus le vélo rouge s'éloigne rapidement. Je suis bien en dessous du réel. Mon ascension sur le HT n'a rien à voir avec celle du réel. De ce fait j'ai arrêté après le barrage. alors que le vélo rouge était au sommet : j'ai pris 4 km.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
