Joy ride with Bulls - Phx Mtns

I noticed that the Bull ride this week was going in the same area of my Rouleur Dart! So I rode in the car with Sonja over toward the start. She dropped me 0.5 mile north of the Moon Valley Park where Mike S, Dwight, and Lee would join me on a great climbing ride today.

Started off by heading toward the 40th St parking lot on north side of Phx Mtns. Had not been there for years.

The highlights were riding in Paradise Valley up 40th St all the way past the gate (which was open so we could climb even higher than usual) and then up 36th St.
I left the group to get back west across town on Maryland. Nice route.

This route gives me a couple more ideas of a future Dart! Yahoo.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
