Stayed overnight at this Econo Lodge in Donalsonville, GA and got up early to do the ride. Yet I believe I was messed up by the time zone change and whether my phone alarm was on the correct zone. I meant to start at 518 but it was 618. This later start put me up against the clock of getting back before check-out of the room time. Sonja was in the room. This was a great route, one of mine. I really enjoyed the ride. Plenty of ag fileds and a variety of landsape. The traffic was very low and the roads were good. When I got to the AL control in St Johns Park, the little building there was being used at a voting area! I went in and chatted a bit with the poll workers. When I got back to the hotel I had to work fast to get a quick shower so we could check out by 11. This was the poorest hotel we stayed at as they had no breakfast, yet I was sure they advertised they did. We arrived here the night before, sort of late.
