After a very late night in Kobe, the hostel was closing after that day because the owner was travelling to the USA for the World Cup. I didn't feel like a day of cycling, so I went to another hostel on the east side of Kobe. On my way there I stopped at a nice little cafe for a great latte. It was raining, and being a bit hungover and tired I'm glad that I decided not to travel very far. The hostel itself is ran by what I can assume is a Taiwanese guy with all of the Taiwanese flags all over the place. I'm pretty sure he's a cyclist himself as he was very interested in my bike and the hostel has a bicycle on the logo. However, I can't say I chatted to him or anyone else very much. I spent the afternoon just video editing and chilling out. And one point I went for a walk in the rain just to clear my head which was nice. I also spotted another bicycle in the parking lot. It was Lee's bike, who had stayed at the hostel with me in Himeji and had bought me drinks for my birthday! I never actually ran into him that night, I only saw him inside when I was on my way out. Crazy coincidence to run into each other again!
