Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I'm continuing with my training plan. The results are encouraging, and it looks favorable for the TGF Metric. I had a good ride today. Very nice to get out this early in the morning. The temperature was in the 70's. So, I was sweating a bit, but nowhere near my limit. The legs and body responded well. I was putting in good average times. All things considered, this was very good. I had a follower as I was making my way back up the mountain. So that added incentive helped. My HR was below 152 BPM, most o the time. Until I reached the summit. I'm due for a SS ride. I think I'll try that in two days. From there. It will be alternating and then at least one double to confirm my fitness. I figured, I would need about 3 days to taper before the TGF. So, I have 19 days left. I'll stack in in-door training rides, as well.
Other notes, I saw 4 or 5 cyclists today. Definitely busier in the morning hours.
