Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's been a while since I've ridden this course this early in the morning. Given that I've been getting up early in the morning the past month, getting up wasn't bad at all. The weather is much more enjoyable than early afternoon. The air is nice and cool, and minimal wind conditions. The legs felt good today. My body is fully recovering from the previous day's riding. The climbs are feeling more familiar. I'm able to push my body just a bit more everytime. The cardio feels good. It's keeping up with my legs. The HR increases as it should. I forgot to check my time on the SS tunnel, but I suspect I got there within 1 hour, plus or minus. I reached Boss Hogs in about 1:20 and change. I saw quite a few cyclists out there today. Some of which bridged up to me. I think I saw a familiar guy, Bob? Then, there was another guy that looked to be my equal. I drafted off him for a mile or two. Over all a great ride! I look forward to doing it again. My concentration felt good. I've been using my smartphone as a music player. I put the volume such that I can hear the music without using headphones. Works like a charm, with my custom playlist. Other notes, they finally paved the road from Pellisier to SS front entrance. No riding in traffic on that leg! I think I crossed paths with over a dozen riders today. Always good to see.
Other notes. I had about 3/4 water provisions left in one bottle when I got back home. Thus, confirming I can do the entire Tour de Teh (SS,R) route with two full bottles. Question is, will I have enough sport drinks to get me back to the (TGF) finish line?
