Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was a recovery ride. I plan on doing a double, on Wednesday. I was looking forward to ... two things. The wind conditions in WS at this time of the morning and the new set of wheels I bought a few days ago. I was hoping that the wind was going to be diminished, but it was noticeable on the way back. The legs were heavy today. Definitely feeling the fatigue from the previous day's rides. I kept the tempo no more than moderate. I need to let my body to recover as much as possible for Wednesday. No red-lining. The new wheels behaved perfect. They roll quiet. Sufficiently responsive. So, so on the braking. The only drawback is the freewheel sound. A bit loud. Otherwise, a thumbs up. Other notes, I saw about 5 cyclists today.
