I intended to get this ride in at 10 AM, I had to change out the saddle for a new one and it took me much longer to switch out everything that was connected to it and refit it correctly, also this saddle was shorter by just over 1 inch so it became a Lunch Time Ride. Both saddles are Selle SMP, The old one was a Stratos the new one Kryt3. It was now 96* at the start then within the first 2.5 miles it was pushing 102*, I was going to make it super short but the 3 mile turn, the temps dropped back down to 96* so, I continued on and was ready to turn off at the 7 mile turn off if the temps climbed back up! It stayed at 96* with 10 mph head winds, I continued on... I decided to turn around at the 9 miles mark, to get 17 miles for the day as I could feel the heat zapping some of my energy. For some reason Garmin was not receiving GPS signal the first 3/4 miles of this ride, so Garmin will be short. The ride felt smooth and the saddle was nice, I didn't have the extra movement in the saddle as with the other but all in all it very comfortable especially on the tender spots from the accident. I was smiling big time when I finished today's ride! Be safe out there and as always enjoy the ride and finish with a victorious smile...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
