Oh Boy, my legs were so sore, it was a painful ride. If not for the sore legs it would have been a pleasant ride. It was very hard to put too much power as my legs were not having it. The saddle position felt spot on as mu lower back the right side would normally be killing me felt OK for the most part which surprised me, my neck wasn't complaining either very refreshing. The only complaint I had was my left triceps and biceps were barking big time, the right side not as bad. I did the same ride about 1 month ago on the TT bike on a much cooler day, I think the wind was about the same, could have been lees and I was not sore on that day, I went a .61 miles longer and was over 1 min faster. I also had to make a short stop before heading up Pointville Rd climb on the previous TT ride, this time I was able to by pass the stop. I am making some improvements, Hooray! Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
