去韶關、乳源多日騎遊回來已數天,昨日感覺良好,不太累,於是約了東涌何大哥環嶼。趁著仍然是假期,心中想著這次行程要加上分流的天后廟;環嶼多次也沒有到過,這次好想去看看。
但係開騎之後不久,大腿小腿,左腳右腳都在與心攪對抗。行程繼續,到二澳之後,決定放棄去分流天后廟。再後來,石圓環和炮台那邊都不踩,到分流村後就直接上狗嶺涌。
在石壁監獄午飯後,我們不想踩馬路,沿引水道踩到新東涌道橋下,扛車上東涌道,騎往貝澳,踩芝麻灣越野單車徑。
今天已經是好多段路都要推車。到芝麻灣越野單車徑入口,休息過後起步,踩了開始幾百米越野上坡路後,我的心和腳的對抗越趨嚴重,結果心輸給腳,無奈放棄行程。掉頭回去車路,直接踩過去拾塱,回去梅窩。
路程刪減了這許多,省下的時間,我們找得梅窩鄉村內的小餐廳下午茶,休息過後才繼續回去東涌的行程。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
