Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today was real cold. Below freezing. I wore almost everything I had. Arms, Legs, 2 base layer + jacket, Skull cap, face mask, booties, long finger gloves. All in all, I think my legs were the coldest, then my face. I was well protected, so I never had that feeling of frost-bite or hypothermia. The wind was from the north, so the only time I felt the cold at its worse was on the way back, on the descents. My knee feels stable, a bit sore off the bike still. Concentration was right on, in the zone for the most part. Balance was good. Ailments were next to none. Gear is working well, no complaints there. Other notes, I stopped by Roger's Torah Center on the way back down OTR. I think it added a mile or two to my ride.
