Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was a little warmer than the previous ride. It was in the upper 40's with very little wind. I wore 2 base layers, arms, knees, gloves, cap and face. It turned out to be just the right amount of clothing. It's been a couple of days since I last rode due to a saddle sore. I'm treating it as best as I can. It was just bearable to ride. I couldn't go any further than Banducci summit and back. My legs felt good out the door. It was nice to get out after having to double up on my strength training. I was hoping my sore would subside a bit, but it didn't. It was as sore from the beginning as it was in the end of the ride. I think the cold weather had a bit to do with it, because I've had this problem in the summer. But in the summer, the warmth tends to lessen the soreness. Concentration was good today. I was mostly focused on trying to minimize the pain. Ailments, like I said, just saddle soreness, nothing else. Balance was good. Gear is working perfect. The charity app worked great today, I didn't check it till the end of the ride and it recorded all the metrics, within half a mile or so.
