Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Very strange weather we're having for the past 2-3 weeks. Today was a shorts and short sleeves ride. I wore 1 base layer and arms. I removed my arm warmers when I reached Highline. The wind was from the south, so I decided to put it in modest cruise control till I reached Willow Springs. After reaching the turn-around point, I upped the tempo to high. I gave it a kick over the last riser. I felt good for the most part, my legs were there, I didn't have signs of excessive fatigue. My concentration was in the zone for the most part. Ailments was probably the most notable part of the ride. I have a saddle sore that is hurting real bad. I'm trying to nurse it back to help but today's ride proved to be real uncomfortable. I'm sore just sitting on my chair. Gear is working well, with the exception of the Live Tracking app. It appears to have halted around the time I reached the return on OTR. Other notes, I saw Marcia while I was going out on OTR.
