Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather today was cool and winds from the north. Somewhere in the low 50's high 40's. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. I felt comfortable for the entire ride, although the last 5 miles started to get cold. I felt a bit better than average. I think I was a little slow to start, but then again I was going into the wind for a good half of the ride. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached route 202. I did Banducci in good time, no heroics just good tempo for the majority of the ride. I think I made it to the SS tunnel in about an hour, an out of SS in 1:05 hrs. I cruised Banducci return, focusing on balance more than anything. After reaching Pelisser, I turned up the gas and kept a good tempo going. I made it to Boss Hogs in about 1:21ish and saved a little bit for the last climb. I felt comfortable going up CVR. No heroics, just a good steady tempo. I made a push over the summit. After that I tried to keep the tempo up until I reached route 202. After that point, it was mostly fun and games, and pushing it where the road kicked up on a few spots. Ailments was probably the story of the day. My right knee was hurting more than usual. It was hurting before the ride started, but wasn't enough to call off the ride by any means. It got worse in the last 20 minutes of the ride. I didn't have to slow down, but I did have to stretch on several occasions. I also had hip pains. It felt like deep tissue pains, I don't think it was in the bones. Concentration was good. I was in the zone for the majority of the ride. Balance was good. I used the new position (hands near the center of the tops) and that helped. Again, working on that mostly on the return of Banducci. Gear worked flawless. The Gopro was not recording when I got hope, perhaps I forgot to hit the record button when I reached the summit of Banducci on the way out.
