Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I did a quick Buffalo Run today. I had lab and say goodbye to company. I ended up getting out when I normally do, so not much of a delay. The weather is nice. It is in the 70's, winds from the North West. I wore the standard summer kit. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. After making it to the OTR summit, I took a few moments to recover and then headed to the top of Highline. The legs felt good today. From there, I zipped around the Buffalo neighborhood and then to Highline for the return. Descending off OTR was mostly relaxing. I pushed over Mariposa and a nice dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. The morale was good and I had a lot to think about. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal and half a banana for breakfast before departing. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were minimal, just the usual hand soreness. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
