Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was interesting. There was a mild wind from the south and then disipated as I made it down to the Keene basin. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. I could have easily done without the arms and knees. I ended up removing them for the ascent. I felt good going up to the start of the descent. I cruised the downhill, pushing where need be. The wind sort of died down as I made my way up the mountain. I would say that I felt average, perhaps a bit more. I did moderate tempo, and at some points even slower. But the average was moderate and no less. I was getting out of the saddle periodically to keep the momentum and to increase the tempo when I felt I was going too slow. My concentration was good. No serious lapses in focus. Balance was good, but not great. It throws me off just for the first 10 minutes when I have to remove a layer from my legs. It's something about the friction, when removing the layer causes a different sensation. It takes me a little while to get used to it. Gear worked flawless, including all apps on the smartphone. Ailments consisted of some hand soreness, numbness and right knee soreness. The knee soreness was not significant. I think it lingered for a minute or two and was real mild. I shook my hands to mitigate the soreness and numbness. Other notes, I need to oil my chain.
Another note, my saddle soreness has decreased since the previous ride. I need to stay on top and mitigate it as best I can.
