In the morning Bedel and I talked again for half an hour and she gave me a sticker to put on my bike! I left pretty late around 10, I didn't really feel like cycling much today. Another hot one, I decided to go inland to this free campsite by the lake. I got there after reception hours but the guy was still there to show me where to go. The lake was gorgeous! At about 9pm a car rocked up to his tent that was already set up 20m from me. He was BLASTING Ed Sheeran out of his car. When he turned off his car, he proceeded to blast music even louder in his tent. There were plenty of campers and he just didn't care. He played a lot of classic old Japanese pop songs, and some old school rock tunes too. It was so loud that I ended up packing up everything and moving 100m away (although I could still hear it, it wasn't blasting in my face anymore). No joke, his playlist finished around 10:30pm with 3 different lullabies, the middle one being Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Straight crackhead energy from this guy, surely he was at least drunk. Of course it's Japan, so nobody said anything to him. Including me though, if you are ballsy enough to be that obnoxious there's gotta be a screw loose.
