I slept like a log last night, I woke up and didn't know where I was. I took a while to pack up, talking to Steph about the world cup finals that just happened (that I missed). Congrats Spain, I wish I was in Madrid right now! I said goodbye to the campsite staff after a brief chat. First I checked out the lakeside bridges that I didn't see the day before, doing a little 15 minute walking loop. I then pressed on, taking the back roads, one part was super beautiful with the blue, partially cloudy sky over the hilly meadow. I made it to a FamilyMart where I had my breakfast. Back on the choccies today! From there I stayed on Route 5 all day. Honestly the majority of the ride was really unmemorable. It's a highway with lots of cars going past, but usually ample shoulder room for me to ride on. It was along the coast, but it wasn't really a very magnificent coastline. Most of the time there was a decent bit of land between me and the coast, so while I could see the water it wasn't a super clear view. I made it to the campsite just after 4pm, tonight I'm camping next to a beautiful river! There's lots of other campers here too, it's paid but cheap.
