Lewes to Gatwick - Last Day
Another beautiful day for riding. Only once in 36 days of riding did I wear my waterproof jacket to keep dry and that was only for maybe 10 minutes early on in Staffordshire.
This was my last day riding with bags and tent. Just a slightly sore knee so just as well I think.
The bike held up well for the entire trip. Unbelievably I didn’t really have to pump my tyres up once. I have a pressure gauge and they were constantly on 4 bar. Also no punctures. The only maintenance was I had to change the oil in my Rohloff Hub once at 10,000km and the occasional wash of dust of the bike. I didn’t fall off while moving at all.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
