Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has cooled off slightly, there are partly high clouds now. It was probably around 80 when I got out. Winds from the North West. I wore the standard summer kit. The legs ok to start. I made it to the top of OTR in average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, so I was all eyes and ears. I was doing in and out of the saddle efforts, mostly out. The Alpine Forest climb was more relaxing. I felt better when I reached the speed bumps. I was near max going over the top. I made my way around the backside. I had fun on the descent. From there, I headed to the top of Banducci. I took a few moments to recover, let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. There was some traffic mitigation, I ended pulling over at a safe place to let them by. Descending off the Banducci Wall was safe. I feathered the brakes to keep my speed in check. I decided to add the Buffalo Run as I am putting in my last miles for the Fun in the Sun competition. After doing the loop, I headed back to OTR. Descending off OTR was mostly relaxing. I pushed over Mariposa and to the top of Weston. As I was approaching home, I noticed I was off by a few hundreds to complete 20 miles. So, I did a lap around the neighborhood to make up for it. Then I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. The morale felt good. Nutrition was good. I had oatmeal, half a banana and some grapes for breakfast. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. The usual hand soreness and fatigue. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today. There was one familiar walker.
