Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was clear skies and winds from the south. I wore 1 base layer, arms, knees, skull cap, face mask. I ended up removing my skull cap and knee warmers for the return ascent. Given the wind conditions, I decided to take it easy. I cruised it to the top of the descent in less than 8 minutes (to my surprise). I soft-pedaled most of the downhill. Getting out of the saddle on the risers. It was mostly fun and games. I reached 43+ mph on the lower slopes. My legs were a bit heavy to start. After removing my excess clothing I continued with moderate tempo. I felt better as the climb progressed. I was very cautious to keep something in reserve for the difficult parts. For the most part, I felt good through out the entire ride. My concentration was real good. I felt very much in control. Balance was good, perhaps a little off. Gear is working well, some noises from the bike. I think I need to reseat the wheels. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist on his way down as I was climbing.
