荃錦坳集合時,飛龍隊長提出三上三落、清快塘 ……,因為他手傷未完全複原,仍有點痛,這路線較少顛簸。但係後來因為有幾位較少一齊踩車的車友,覺得這路線經常踩,想踩其他路線,結果一輪討論後,飛龍決定踩白石橋、仙霞洞、新古道,今天好少車友踩過這路線,眾人都同意。
記得我上次因為外出騎遊十幾天,身體狀態仍然低落,白石橋、仙霞洞這兩段都踩的很差;兩個月後的今天,比上次好了好多。新古道的謝飛道4號的,也是比上次好。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
