Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great. Minimal smoke left in the air. In the 70's Winds primarily from the North West. I wasn't sure where I wanted to go. So, I just got suited up and headed to Banducci. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. I was pushing it a bit, going up the Banducci wall. Near maximum, at the top. The remainder was mostly good tempo to the summit. I took a few moments rest, when I got there. The GoPro showed around 68% charge remaining. I headed downhill. Doing my tuck, reaching over 40 MPH. The wind continued to prevail from the north west. So, naturally, I had a headwind on the way out. I made my way to SS, reaching over 40 MPH on the downhill. Through the tunnel in about 58 minutes. I zipped through town, and made my way back through the farmlands. I made it to Boss Hogs in about 1:19-ish hours. So, I think I gave up a minute or two. From there, it was up the last climb. Holding no less than moderate tempo. I pushed it over the top. When I reached the summit, I pulled over to swap out batteries on the GoPro. Got back on the road, and headed down Route 202, with some traffic mitigation. After that was OTR. Fun and games from there. Concentration was good. The music helped me in the boring moments. Balance and form was good. Gear worked great. Still some mystery clicks on the bike, while out of the saddle. I have to check the cleats on my shoes, for movement. Ailments, minimal. Some hand numbness. Nutrition was spot on. I drank all of my Gatorade and some water. I tried the Gatorade powder drink for the first time, it went down good. Tastes nearly the same as the bottled version. Other notes, I saw one other cyclist today.
