Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I've planned to ride the Caliente CCW loop on Saturday. I got my new cleats installed, and they seem to be fitting well. I had to test them, so I decided to head up Banducci, and see what my knees say. I rode to the top of OTR and pulled over at the summit. I checked the right cleat, and it was holding its position well. I didn't bother checking the left one, but it was holding its position, the last time I checked. The body felt good. The legs, as well. The weather is cooler, so that made a difference. I rode to the top of Banducci, taking mental notes on the knee situation. They were stable, for the most part. Otherwise the ride went as planned. The GoPro stopped recording on its own, so I have to check the footage. This means I'll have to babysit the camera, on Saturday. IE, check every 10 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, the gear performed great. I might have to adjust he saddle height and rotation. At worst, I can do that on Saturday. Other notes, I saw one cyclist as I was descending Banducci. I reached 42 MPH on the descent. Much fun!
