Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn't feeling too good today. The body is somewhat achy. I was 50/50 on going for a ride. I elected to go for a ride and see what happens. I brought two bottles. In such, I figured riding to WS first would be the best decision. Besides, the wind was heading West. The outbound was mostly moderate tempo. No heroics. I reached the turn-around and headed back. The tailwind felt good. I reached 40 MPH on the downhill. After that, I felt ok. So, I decided to head up Banducci, instead of the Alpine Forest. I had to pull over once to replace the battery on the GoPro. After that, it was non-stop to the summit. I took a few moments respite, hydrated, let the traffic by. And then headed back downhill. From there, it was mostly fun and games through OTR and home. Concentration was so-so today. Some dark patches out there. I had to coach a bit. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some quad soreness, left shoulder blade soreness, and just a general feel of not so goodness. Gear worked flawless. But, I think the GoPro gave out before the battery ran out. Nutrition was good. No hunger pains.
I went through my entire Gatorade bottle.
And more then half my water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
