Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got up a bit late today. So, the indoor session was a bit delayed. This is the first ride I've done since the Spooktacular ride. The legs actually felt ok, till the end of the ride. I forgot to adjust the weight. It was under by about 2 pounds. Nonetheless, I did good on the climb. After about 15 minutes into the climb, the legs felt better. I held a steady pace. Putting in about 3 Watts/kg or more, while out of the saddle. I bit less while in the saddle. I'm trying to figure out why my shin was complaining on the Spooktacular ride. My assumption is that it is due to the cleat position being too far forward, or back. I'll have to make fine adjustments, till I figure it out. After reaching the summit, I headed downhill and completed the ride. I think I was 20 something on the lap. I cooled down shortly after. Concentration was good. I was a bit impatient at the end. I think it was just the time of the day, being later than I would have liked. Balance and form was ok. Somewhat awkward, till after 30 minutes into the ride. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was spot on. No hunger pains. I went through about 50% of my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, I think there were over 1000 riders on this map, today.
