Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

A great day for a ride. I got out later than I anticipated. I decided to head out to CV. The wind was in my favor. The legs felt pretty good to start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. Making it there in good average time. Banducci went as planned. I wasn't red-lining it too much, going up the wall. The remainder was steady tempo. I was listening to my music, guessing where I'd be at the end of each song. I made it to the summit and took a breather. The GoPro had about 68% battery life remaining. Shortly after, I descended the mountain. Reaching over 40 MPH, in my tuck. The trek through the farmlands was mostly moderate tempo. I had enough charge remaining in the GoPro, so I headed up the last climb, without stopping. I kept the tempo steady, over the top. No big pushes. I pulled over, at the summit and checked the GoPro. Plenty of charge remained to last me till the end of the ride. From there, it was to Route 202, with traffic mitigation. Fun and games down OTR and back home. Concentration was good. The morale felt a bit better than average. Balance and form was good. I still haven't adjusted my cleats. Ailments, next to none. Just general fatigue. Gear worked great, no issues. Still waiting on the new saddle bag, via RMA. Nutrition was spot on. Consuming my Gatorade bottle and some water. Other notes, I saw two casual cyclists today.
