Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It’s the off-season. So training is less serious. I didn’t know where to go today. I headed out and noticed the wind was heading West. So, I decided to head out to WS. I wasn’t checking my time as I reached the landmarks. The body felt good today. Partially due to the cooler temperature. I kept the tempo steady as I made my way to SS. Of course, putting more effort on the mile climb. I reached the turn-around and headed back. I had a generous tailwind, as I was hoping. It felt good. I was able to settle into a good tempo. When I neared the last climb, I noticed there was a cyclist behind me. So, that gave me extra incentive. I was red-lining it up the last few kickers. The downhill was fun. Nearing 40 MPH. From there, it was to Banducci, OTR and back. Concentration was good. Few dark patches out there, today. Gear worked great. Ailments, maybe a hint of soreness in the left lower leg and maybe some knee tenderness. Balance and form were good. Nutrition was good. I went through all my Gatorade, and a bit of water. Other notes, I saw two cyclists out there, today.
