Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Well, today was a mixed bag of tricks. I felt good from the start, with respect to the legs. But I had a bad case of saddle soreness. My plan was do go to Willow Springs n Back. As I was riding, I noticed that the pain from the sore wasn't going away. I ended up getting out of the saddle twice as I normally do. I had to turn around about 1 or 2 miles from W.S. My body was responding very good. If it weren't for the sore, I would have been able to add Banducci. That wasn't to be the case today. Otherwise, concentration was good. Balance and Form was average. I did lower the saddle about 1/4 inch or so. I didn't notice any significant difference. Ailments consisted of course, saddle sores. Gear is working well, no issues there. Other notes, I passed two other cyclists. There was a sign posted on Highline for a cycling group ride. I'm not quite sure if it was a single day or a weekly/monthly, etc.
