Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was great. It was warm when we got out, but got cooler as the ride went on. It was in the low 80's, winds from the North-West. I wore the standard kit. I went riding with Peggy, so the workout was improvised. We both went out to Willow Springs. I was ahead by a few minutes. We met about 1 mile from the turnaround point. She went to the end while I went up Banducci. I felt good for the majority of the ride. I was pushing it on the return and up Banducci. Mostly so that I could time the regrouping point. Overall, it was a great workout. My body responded very well today. Concentration was spot on. The company helped. Balance and form is still off, but not that much. Ailments consisted of some knee soreness that persisted for a minute or so. I was able to mitigate it by transferring power to the non affected leg. As far as the Saddle Sores go, they seem to be reducing. I'm continuing to treat them with acne cream and a gauze patch. So far, in the past 2 rides I've experienced little discomfort. Shortly there-after, it went away and stayed that way for the remainder of the ride. Gear is working well, but my rear derailleur wire unplugged while descending on Banducci. I'm going to buy another won that's a few inches longer. I should have done that from the start. Other notes, I saw one other cyclist today.
