Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has warmed up a bit. I decided to wear arms and knees. The legs felt pretty good to start. Making it to the end of OTR in good time. I decided to remove my arm and knee warmers when I reached the summit of OTR. I used the fidlock on the front fork. Worked like a charm. I headed up Banducci. The well went well. Not too much in the red, over the top. I kept the tempo steady as I climbed to the summit. I took a few moments rest when i got there. The GoPro battery was at 70%. I headed downhill. Reaching 43 MPH in my tuck. I made my way to SS, going into the wind. I think my right shin was getting sore, but n ever escalated. I made my way around SS. I pulled over on the descent to take photos of the wild life. I reached the tunnel in about 1:01 hrs and change. I zipped through town and headed back. Not much to tell about the trip through the farmlands. Just steady tempo, minding traffic. I made it to Boss Hogs in about 1:03 hrs. I pulled over at the base of the last climb to check the GoPro. It was at 28%. The ascent went well. Steady tempo. No red-lining. I pulled over once more to swap the GoPro battery. From there it was some traffic mitigation on Route 202. Once I made it to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. Not great. Some wondering thoughts. At least I had some things to ponder. Balance and form was good. Ailments, left calf and some knee soreness. Gear worked great. Nutrition was good. Not much hunger pains. I drank most of my Gatorarde. Other notes, I'm going to adjust the cleats a bit towards the inside.
