Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Update: I was able to recover the original fit file for this ride.
I botched saving the workout at the end of the ride. Fortunately, I had the Wahoo app running on the smartphone. I used those metrics for this entry. The weather is great. On the cold side, in the upper 40's. Winds from the South East, but very mild. I wore the standard winter kit, minus the jacket, gloves, and leg warmers. The body felt good to start. I wasn't sure where I wanted to go. I ended up going to SS. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. I was pushing it a bit, going up Banducci. The dense air helped a lot. Once at the summit, I pulled over to take a breather. The GoPro was about 69% remaining. I let traffic by and headed down the mountain. I reached 42 MPH in the tuck. I had a slight tailwind on the way to SS. I made my way around the backside and down. I reached the tunnel in about 58 minutes and change. I was guessing that I would lose about 4 to 5 minutes on the return to Boss Hogs. I zipped through town and got back to Banducci. The trip through the farmlands was mostly moderate tempo. But not much less. I made it to Boss Hogs in about 1:01-ish minutes. So, I lost about 3 minutes. The last climb went reasonably quick. I decided not to stop and check the GoPro battery. When I reached the summit, I pulled over to swap batteries. About 30 seconds later, I noticed the battery was almost depleted. So, I kept it rolling till I reached Route 202. I swapped the first battery back into the camera. It had about 22% remaining. That was enough to last home. And, it gave me incentive to keep the tempo higher than normal. I pulled over to take photos of the local deer, grazing in the open. Concentration was good. Few lapses. Some coaching here and there. Balance and form was good. Gear held up perfect. Ailments, some arm soreness. Maybe the hands too. Nutrition was spot on. No hunger pains and I went through most of my Gatorade. No water this time. Other notes, I saw 3 cyclists.
