Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's a bit on the cold side. I wore my winter gear, minus the mask, shoe covers and jacket. The body felt good to start. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. I made my way up the Banducci wall. Mitigating traffic. The Alpine Forest climb went fast. I kept the tempo steady. Listening to my music, all the while. After reaching the top of Arosa, I pulled over to start my tracking apps. I forgot to start them at the start of the ride. I made my way around the backside and then to the summit. I took a few moments rest. The GoPro battery was abt 53%. I headed back down the mountain from there. The wind was from the South East. It wasn't too turbulent, so descending off the Banducci wall was safe to tuck. From there it was to OTR and home. Mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. The morale is good. I have surgery on Friday, so today's ride is the last till I'm able to recover from it. I'm guessing at least 5 to 7 days before I can get back on the bike. Likely, spin the pedals on the trainer first. Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked great. No creaks from the headset. But, will likely have to replace it soon. Nutrition was good. I had about half my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
